1. CALL TO ORDER
Mark Partridge called to order at 5:38pm

3. AGENDA REVIEW
• New member is Dominique Ramirez.
• Subcommittee will be drawn tonight for case #PSU2019-002.
4. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION
• None
5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
• Julie Pignataro motioned to accept minutes from December 12, 2018 meeting,
Second motion from Sally Harris. Motion passed 7:0, unanimous.
• Dennis Hanno motioned to accept minutes from January 9, 2019 meeting,
Second motion from Heather Gossel. Motion passed 7:0, unanimous.

8. BOARD MEMBER REPORTS

9. OTHER BUSINESS
Mark brought up:
Is it possible for training and/or mock trial on next months’ agenda?
Sally and Jenny will oversee training, prior to subcommittee case aimed at April.
Heather will provide binder to Dominique before next meeting.
The City Clerk’s Office will be unavailable for the April 10th
meeting. Due to new
election laws the City Clerk’s Office cannot certify the April 2 elections until April
10. We will have our equipment and ballots locked up in this room with extreme access
security. Hopefully I will have a new meeting location prior to the next meeting.
