CALL TO ORDER Mark Partridge called to order at 5:33pm 2. ROLL CALL • Present: Dominique Ramirez, Mark Partridge, Dennis Hanno, Aaron Rodriguez • Board Members Absent: Sally Harris, Heather Gossel • Staff Members Present: Kristy Volesky (FCPD) • Guests: Joel Yust 3. AGENDA REVIEW • Nothing to review • Draw for upcoming case: 1- Aaron, 2- Dominique, 3- Mark, 4- Dennis, 5- Sally, 6- Heather 4. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION • No citizen input 5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES • Kristy’s name was spelled wrong throughout. • Frank Barrett was not present, Kristy Volesky was present. • Sally was present. • Aaron motion to approve with changes, Dominque second, approved unanimously 6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS • Dennis: attended the responsible workplace training, suggests a documentary called gender revolution as suggested by someone at the training. • Mark: if CRB members did not attend the responsible workplace training, they need to watch the video, Mark will find out how it will be available. 7. BOARD MEMBER REPORTS • Dennis: Kristy, what case is upcoming – alleged civil rights violation, investigation is done. Body cam, three officers involved. Kristy will notify Mark when video is available, hopeful before next meeting. 9. OTHER BUSINESS Mock Subcommittee Training • Mark will send out the most up to date guidelines/script for subcommittee. You will read from this documents until you have a motion to enter executive and then have conversations and view evidence and then will motion to close executive and reopen to the public. • Depending on the nature of the subcommittee, there may be many public folks there to speak, and the chairperson decides how much time each person gets in order to be heard. • Script may need to be updated if there is a new person in for Christine. • Alternate will type executive minutes, Chair will type decisions. • If there are multiple allegations, each would be listed on its own line, individual CRB members will not be documented as agreed/disagreed on. • Example memorandum read out loud. 10.
