1. CALL TO ORDER: 12:00 P.M.
2. ROLL CALL
• Board Members Present - Will Flowers (Chair), Tedi Cox, Lili Francuz, Vicki Fogel
Mykles, Jesse Solomon, Jennifer Zidon
• Board Members Absent – None
• Staff Members Present - Jim McDonald, Liz Irvine
• Guests: Renee Badertscher, Colorado State Graduate Intern, Katy Schneider, Visit
Fort Collins
3. AGENDA REVIEW
4. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION
• Anna Ferchaud and Jack Douglas, CSU Natural Resources students
5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
• Consideration and approval of the minutes as amended from October 24, 2019. Vicki
Fogel Mykles requested a change to the minutes to correct “Sounds in Summer” to read
“Songs in Summer” and to reflect that she had attended the Dance Express program.
Vicki Fogel Mykles made a motion to accept the minutes. Jesse Solomon seconded the
motion. The motion passed unanimously.
6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
• None
7. NEW BUSINESS
• Katy Schneider, Visit Fort Collins, gave an update and overview of the Tourism
Master Plan process.
• Renee Badertscher, Colorado State Graduate Intern, gave a review of the Fort Fund
data from 2016-2018.
• Liz Irvine presented the new Fort Fund media kit.
• The Cultural Resources Board recognized Jane Folsom and Lili Francuz for their
work on the Cultural Resources Board.
8. DIRECTOR’S REPORT
• Jim McDonald gave an overview of the Fort Fund Public Meeting held 11/18/19.
• Jim McDonald attended the official opening of The Gardens on Spring Creek on
Cultural Resources Board

11/16/19. Approximately 550 people were in attendance for the ribbon cutting and
almost another 500 people came later in the day.
• Jim McDonald advised the Board that the next meeting will occur on 12/19/19.
9. BOARD MEMBER REPORTS (EVENT ATTENDANCE, ETC.)
• Jennifer Zidon attended La-De-Da’s performance of “Edgar Allen.”
• Vicki Fogel Mykles attended Debut Theatre’s performance of “Sarah, Plain and Tall
and the Dance Express Workshop at Club Tico in October.”
• Will Flowers and Tedi Cox attended the opening of The Gardens on Spring Creek.
• Tedi Cox attended the Fort Collins Children’s Theatre performance of the “James and
the Giant Peach” and the Fort Collins Symphony Masterworks 2.

• Tedi Cox made a motion to adjourn at 12:56 pm. Lili Francuz seconded the motion.
