Mission: The Senior Advisory Board shall serve in an advisory capacity y to the Fort Collins City
Council on programs and policies that help aging citizens live full and interesting lives and continue to
contribute, participate, and share in the life of the community.

Mayor’s Proclamation delivered to SAB Staff Liaison
Mayor Troxell and Mayor ProTem Stephens commented on IGC
Myles presented a follow up from Senator Ginal regarding increased oversight of
assisted living homes.

a. Intergenerational Conversations Project Fort Collins October 26th
VII. Updates
a. Transportation: - Jason – Still having difficulties with people not getting to appts.
b. Housing – Nancy & Sarah
c. PAFC Other:
d. Friends of the Senior Center – successful pancake breakfast. They have almost reached
their $8,000 goal.
VIII. New Business
a. Redefining Aging Video – Myles will send out a link
b. SAB By-Laws Review – decided to postpone due to Boards and Committees restructuring
