Meeting called to order at 1:19 pm.
Citizen Participation and Plan Member Comments
None made or noted.
2. Consider Approving the Minutes from the meeting March 8th,2018
John Lindsay moved to approve the minutes of the March B, 2018 GERC meeting.
John Voss seconded the motion. The minutes were approved unanimously.
3. Members signed a certified copy of the GERP plan lor execution by the GERC
members.
4. Monthly investment and other report distributed for review
(Blaine Dunn will not be able to attend lt/lay meeting -
questions regarding the May
report will be addressed at June 14,2018 meeling).
Report discussion around a possible Policy Statement. lf a policy item is to be
discussed, it must be added as a separate agenda item prior to a GERC meeting.
Request to add topic to next meeting agenda; Revisit Policy Guiding lnvestment /
Composition of Assets. Existing policy - what we learned from the training - do we
want to do anything different? Do we want to have it reviewed by an outside expert?

It is GERC's job to follow policy and monitor the monthly investment reports

ensure they follow the fiduciary standard.
