MEETING MINUTES
Location: CIC room City hall West, 300 Laporte Avenue, fort Collins Co, 80521
Council Liaison: Council Member Bob Overbeck
Staff Liaison: Equal Opportunity and Compliance Officer, Carol Thomas
Recorder: Janyne A. Smith
Present: Colleen Conway, Cynthia Davis, Jessica Gengler and Susan Mathre
Absent: Kimberly Allison, Hillel Katzir, Julia Mackewich, Vic Smith, Jean Runyon
Call to order: The meeting was called to order by Colleen Conway Vice-Chair. Due to the lack of a
quorum the meeting was changed to a planning/work session for EOC and HRC Reunion.
Agenda review: Agenda review tabled as no quorum available to vote.
Approval of minutes: The June meeting minutes will be presented for approval at August meeting.
Public Input: No public input.
Guest Speaker: There was no guest speaker
Discussion Topics:
•The Budget Review was given by Cindy Davis
•Colleen Conway and Susan Mathre, provided an HRC reunion update. Itinerary,
decorations, and time line discussed.
• An update on last EOC committee meeting discussion provided.
• Future planning for 2018/2019 events briefly discussed.
Closing: The meeting closed at 7:08 p.m.
The Next HRC meeting will be held Thursday, August 9, 2018, at 5:30 p.m. City Hall CIC room.
