Staff Liaison: Aimee Jensen A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held April 29, 2016 in Municipal Court, 215 North Mason. Temporary Judge Michael Manning presiding. Staff in attendance: Susan Henderson, Temporary Assistant City Attorney Josh Golden, Liquor Enforcement Officer Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk New Application from The Loafing Shed, LLC dba The Loafing Shed for a hotel -restaurant liquor license at 1939 Jessup Drive, Suite 110, Approved Troy Denning, attorney representing the applicant, introduced his witnesses, stating they are ready to proceed. Joseph Navares, manager applicant, was sworn. Mr. Navares stated that any employee found in violation of the liquor code will be terminated. He stated he will have several assistant managers that will be on premise when he is not available. Mr. Navares stated anyone ordering an alcoholic beverage is required to provide valid identification. In response to questions from the Authority, Mr. Navares detailed the premises and how alcohol service and consumption will be monitored. He stated the patio is easily viewable from inside the premise. Steven Sorensen, employee of The Loafing Shed, LLC, was sworn. He detailed that the petitioning process, emphasizing that they did not receive any negative comments regarding this application. Temporary Judge Manning adopted Resolution 2016 - 010 approving a new application from The Loafing Shed, LLC, dba The Loafing Shed for a hotel -restaurant liquor license at 1939 Jessup Drive, Suite 110. p.m. Adjournment Temporary Municipal Judge Michael
