A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held January 5, 2017 in Municipal Court, 215
North Mason. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding.

Show Cause Hearing for Napoletani Co., Inc., dba
Pulcinella Pizza, 1119 West Drake Road, r
Stipulation Agreement Approved
Mary Race, representative for Napoletani Co., Inc., stated she has had an opportunity to review the
Stipulation Agreement.
Assistant City Attorney Scurlock summarized the stipulation agreement. She stated the Licensee has
agreed to a 15 day suspension, 5 days served ($200 fine paid in lieu of suspension), with 10 days held in
abeyance for 1 year for violating Colorado Liquor Code Section 12-47-901(1)(a.5) prohibiting the service
of an alcohol beverage to a person under the age of twenty-one years.
Judge Lane approving the findings, conclusion and order accepting the stipulation agreement as
presented for Napoletani Co., Inc., dba Pulcinella Pizza, 1119 West Drake Road.
Registration for Dominick Decaria as Manager
of MacKenzie Place, 4750 Pleasant Oak Drive, Approved
Dan Carr, representative for MacKenzie Place Fort Collins, LLC, stated the manager applicant is present
to answer questions. Mr. Carr briefly reviewed Dominick Decaria's background. He stated MacKenzie
Place maintains a current copy of the liquor code on premise.
Judge Lane approved the registration of Dominick Decaria as Manager of MacKenzie Place, 4750
Pleasant Oak Drive.

Registration of Richard Compton as Manager of
Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar,
123 North College Avenue, Approved
Richard Compton, manager applicant, stated he has been in the hospitality business for 26 years. He
stated he is a TIPS certified manager. Mr. Compton stated any patron that orders an alcoholic beverage
must provide valid identification.
Judge Lane approved the registration of Richard Compton as manager of Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar,
123 North College Avenue.
Request from The D. Martin Group, Inc., dba
Elliot's Martini Bar, to Change,
Alter, or Modify the Licensed Premises at 234 Linden Street, Approved
Linda Elliot, representative for The D. Martin Group, Inc., briefly described the proposed changes. She
stated they are adding a small patio to the back of the premises.
Judge Lane approved the request from The D. Martin Group, Inc., dba Elliot's Martini Bar, to change,
alter, or modify the licensed premises at 234 Linden Street.
Request from RC Restaurants, LLC dba
Fuzzy's Taco Shop, to Change, Alter, or Modify the
Licensed Premises at 1335 West Elizabeth Street, Approved
Marc Rogers, representative for RC Restaurants, LLC, briefly described the proposed changes. He stated
this change will allow better service for their guests. Mr. Rogers stated the only other change is painting
and some new furniture.
Judge Lane approved the request from RC Restaurants, LLC, dba Fuzzy's Taco Shop to change, alter,
or modify the Licensed Premises at 1335 West Elizabeth Street.
