Summary Suspension Hearing for Son Tran and Kathy Doan,
dba Creekside Liquors,1005 West Stuart Street, #A3,
Hearing Continued to March 13, 2017, Approved
Tom Dunn, attorney representing Son Tran and Kathy Doan, stated the owners understand that they
cannot sell alcohol until this issue is resolved. He stated that this will allow time to reach a possible
stipulation agreement.
Judge Lane approved the continuation of the Summary Suspension Hearing for Son Tran and Kathy
Doan, dba Creekside Liquors, 1005 West Stuart Street, #113 to March 13, 2017:
