ROLL CALL • Board Members Present - Mr. Will Flowers, Ms. Jane Folsom, Mr. Jesse Solomon, Ms. Lili Francuz, Ms.Tedi Cox, Ms. Vicki Fogel Mykles • Board Members Absent - None • Staff Members Present - Mr. Jim McDonald, Mr. Jack Rogers, Ms. Liz Irvine 3. AGENDA REVIEW 4. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION 5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES a. Consideration and approval of the minutes from November 29, 2018. Ms. Tedi Cox made a motion to accept the minutes as amended. Mr. Will Flowers seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. 6. REPORTS a. Mr. Jack Rogers presented the Board with the new Lincoln Center brochure. He highlighted the new shows that have been added to the schedule and gave a detailed background of each. 7. NEW BUSINESS a. Consideration and approval of the CuRB Annual Report 2018. After discussion, Ms. Jane Folsom made a motion to accept the Annual Report. Ms. Tedi Cox seconded the motion. 8. OTHER BUSINESS a. Ms. Jane Folsom, Mr. Jim McDonald, and Ms. Vicki Mykles all brought the same article from the Coloradoan regarding Fort Collins being ranked #4 in a recent Forbes Magazine article on the top places to visit. All noted that arts scene was prominent in the article and remarked that it was a very positive. b. The Board had discussion on marketing the CuRB along with discussion of signage at the Lincoln Center and a kiosk in Old Town. c. Mr. Will Flowers gave a report on Holiday Medley of Joy by Dance Express, a Fort Fund grantee. Ms. Lili Francuz gave a report on the Avery House. d. Ms. Jane Folsom shared a holiday card that was created for Arts Alive.
