Special Meeting, March 30, 2016

A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held March 30, 2016 in Municipal Court, 215
North Mason. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding.
Staff in attendance: Bronwyn Scurlock, Assistant City Attorney
David Lindsay, Liquor Enforcement Officer
Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk
Hearing on a New Application from Music City Hot Chicken, LLC,
for a hotel -restaurant liquor license at Music City Hot Chicken,
111 West Prospect Road, #B&C. Approved
Jordan Graf and Samuel Graf, representatives for Music City Hot Chicken, LLC, were sworn. Mr. Jordan
Graf briefly described his background, stated that this is his first original concept. He stated he is working
with Max Scott for training. Mr. Jordan stated this establishment is considered fast casual with 70% of
their gross sales will be from the sale of food. He stated they have only made cosmetic changes to
premises. In response to questions from the Authority, Mr. Jordan detailed the premises. He stated the
occupancy was previously set at 80. Mr. Jordan stated he and Samuel Graf will be on premise at all times.
Mr. Samuel Graf stated that any employee found in violation of the liquor code will be immediately
terminated.
Max scott, representative for Oedipus, Inc., was sworn. Mr. Scott briefly described the petitioning
process and Responsible Vendor training he will be providing Jordan and Samuel Graf.
