A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held November 6, 2014 in Municipal Court,
215 North Mason. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding.
Staff in attendance: Robert Fink, Assistant City Attorney
Josh Golden, Liquor Enforcement Officer
David Lindsay, Liquor Enforcement Officer
Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk
Approval of Minutes
Judge Lane approved the minutes from October 15, 2014.
Transfer of Ownership of Red Lobster #0393 from
GMRI, Inc., to, Red Lobster Restaurants, LLC,
3301 South College Avenue, Approved
Brian Proffitt, attorney representing Red Lobster Restaurants, LLC, stated they were ready to proceed.
He stated that their will not be any changes to the premises; that the customers will not see any difference
with this transfer of ownership. John Kushnik, manager, stated the alcohol service and types of alcohol
available will not change. He stated that training and policies regarding the sale and service of alcohol
will not change and that management will remain the same.
Judge Lane approved the transfer of ownership of Red Lobster #0393 from GMRI, Inc., to Red Lobster
Restaurants, LLC, 3301 South College Avenue.
