Staff Liaison: Aimee Jcnsen A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held on March 4, 2013 in Municipal Court, 215 North Mason. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding. Staff in attendance: Bromvyn Scurlock, Assistant City Attorney Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk Mark Clitnovici, Liquor Enforcement Officer Summary Suspension Hearing for Lemon Tree, Inc., dba Herradura Bar & Grill, 6520 South College Avenue, Stipulation Agreement Approved Assistant City Attorney Scurlock summarized the stipulation agreement. She stated the Licensee has agreed to a 30 day suspension, 12 days served as of March 4, 2013, to re -open when proof of training has been submitted for all security staff and employees involved in the sale and service of alcohol, with the remaining balance held in abeyance for 1 year for violating Colorado Code of Regulations, 1 CCR 203-2, Section 47-900, in permitting disturbances or activities which were offensive to the sense of the average citizen, and/or to the residents of the neighborhood on December 9, 2012 and February 16, 2013, for violating Chapter 3, Article III, Section 3-81 of the City Code in failing to immediately report to Police Services any unlawful or disorderly act, conduct or disturbance committed in or on the licensed premises on November 5, 2012 and February 16, 2013 and violating a condition imposed by the Authority regarding the completion of TIP's or equivalent training for Licensee and all employees by December 28, 2012. Zach Wilson, attorney representing Lemon Tree, Inc., stated that all employees and security personnel will complete TIP's or equivalent training before they re -open. Judge Lane approved the findings, conclusion and order accepting the stipulation agreement as presented for Lemon Tree, Inc., dba Herradura Bar & Grill, 6520 South College Avenue.
