CITIZEN REVIEW BOARD MEETING

September 9, 2015

Absent: Jason Sydoriak
Staff: Sgt. Jerrod Kinsman, Aubbrey Walter
Guest: Senior Assistant City Attorney Robin Cochran
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m.
Minutes:
John Heilman moved to approve the August 12, 2015 minutes; Dennis Hanno seconded the motion.
The motion passed 6:0.
Voice/Email Reports:
CRB Voice Mail and crb@fcgov.com Email Reports:
Chairman Jason Sydoriak was unable to attend the meeting and Vice-Chair Fred Wallen does not
have access to the voicemail or email account.
Police Comment Voice Mail Report:
Sergeant Kinsman received two emails. The first was a complaint reference officer conduct on a
traffic stop. The second was a compliment on the professionalism of Fort Collins Police Services
officers when responding to calls for service and how officers interact with the public in general.

Sergeant Kinsman will be asking for a thirty day extension on case Lll2015-002 and case Lll2015-003.
