CITIZEN REVIEW BOARD MEETING

The meeting was called to order at 5:31 p.m.
Minutes:
Fred Wallen moved to approve the April 8, 2015 minutes;John Heilman seconded the motion. The
motion passed 5:0.

Police Comment Voice Mail Report:
Sergeant Kinsman received two emails with concerns from citizens. The first was from a citizen that
felt two officers did not take her questions about the incidents involving broken windows on 1-25
seriously. The second email was from a citizen that wished to thank and compliment a female
sergeant that retrieved the citizen's car during a rain storm, allowing the citizen to stay dry.

Training Topic:
Board members will attend Defensive Tactics training on June 10 at Fort Colllns Police Services.
Training will take immediately following the regularly scheduled meeting.
