The seven outcomes are listed below, referenced by number to each AQAB action and activity. A chronology of AQAB accomplishments is provided as a reference table at the end of this report. 1. The board submitted a written recommendation to Council on Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reductions Goals (1/31/2014). • Supports Outcomes 1,2,3,4,5,6,7. 2. The board organized and sponsored “Reducing Your Exposure to Air Pollution - A Public Forum on Air Quality Issues in Fort Collins” (4/30/2014). • Supports Outcomes 1,2,3,4,7. 3. The board submitted a written recommendation to the Budget Lead Team on 2015-2016 BFO Process and Proposed Offers (7/30/2014). • Supports Outcomes 1,3,4,5,6,7. 4. The board expended considerable effort on an unanticipated work plan item to review and assess issues related to proposed Martin Marietta Materials Asphalt Plant air quality permit (Summer 2014). • The board conducted a working group meeting and several regular meetings to assess the draft air permit including a joint meeting with Larimer County Environmental and Science Advisory Board on Aug. 18, 2014. • The board submitted a written recommendation to Council on comments for submittal to CDPHE regarding the draft permit for the plant. The board’s comments were adopted verbatim by Council per Resolution 2014-080 and sent to CDPHE on Sept. 3, 2014. • Supports Outcomes 1,4,5,7. 5. The board submitted a written recommendation to Council regarding strategies and emission reduction goals for the Climate Action Plan (12/15/2014). • Supports Outcomes 1,2,3,4,5,6,7. 6. The board elected a representative to and participated in the Climate Action Plan-Citizen Advisory Committee (June 2014 – Jan. 2015). • Supports Outcomes 1,2,3,4,5,6,7.
