A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held March 6, 2014 in Municipal Court, 215
North Mason. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding.
Staff in attendance: Bromvyn Scurlock, Assistant City Attorney
Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk
Mark Clitnovici, Liquor Enforcement Officer
Josh Golden, Liquor Enforcement Officer
Approval of Minutes
Judge Lane approved the minutes from February 19, 2014.
Request from The Public House Corporation, dba
William Oliver's Public House to Change, Alter, or
Modify the Licensed Premises at 2608 South Timberline Road, #108, Approved
Ryan Wallace, representative for The Public House Corporation, briefly described the proposed changes.
He confirmed that the egress door in the gate of the proposed patio is an emergency exit. Mr. Wallace
stated he discussed the back patio addition with the neighboring business and received only positive
comments.
Judge Lane approved the request from The Public House Corporation, dba William Oliver's Public
House to change, alter, or modify the licensed premises at 2608 South Timberline Road, #108.
Request from Juneau of Fort Collins, Inc., dba
The Crown Pub to Change, Alter, or Modify the
Licensed Premises at 134 South College Avenue, Approved
Jeff Sword, representative for Juneau of Fort Collins, Inc., stated they are requesting only the basement
be modified. He stated this will be for liquor storage only. In response to a question from the Authority,
Mr. Sword confirmed that the public will not be aware of this change, that it is only to facilitate storage
of liquor.
Judge Lane approved the request from]uneau of Fort Collins, Inc., dba The Crown Pub to change, alter
or Modify the Licensed Premises at 134 South College Avenue.
