Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding. Staff in attendance: Jenny LopezFilkins, Assistant City Attorney Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk Kyle Bendzsa, Liquor Enforcement Officer Agenda Review Deputy City Clerk Jensen stated that there were no changes to the agenda. Approval of Minutes Judge Lane approved the minutes from October 17, 2011. Registration of Erin Marandola as Manager of Tokyo Joe's, 100 West Troutman Parkway, Approved Erin Marandola, manager applicant, briefly described her background. She stated she has been with Tokyo Joe's for approximately 10 years and a manager for 4 years. Ms. Marandola stated she has been properly trained with respect to the sales and service of alcohol. She stated she has completed TIP's training. Ms. Marandola stated all her experience is within Colorado. She stated she will be responsible for training all employees and that she will be supervising approximately 10 employees. Ms. Marandola stated that all patrons who request alcohol will be carded. She stated all employees are responsible for monitoring patrons consuming alcohol. Ms. Marandola stated employees found in violation of the liquor code could be terminated. She stated she has a current copy of the liquor code on premise and that she has not had any liquor violations. Ms. Marandola stated she is aware of how important upholding the liquor laws are. Judge Lane approved the registration of Erin Marandola as Manager of Tokyo Joe's, 100 West Troutman Parkway. November 7, 2011 Registration of Cassie Barrett as Manager of Beau Jo's, 100 North College Avenue, Approved Dan Carr, attomeyrepresenting B.J. Management, Inc., briefly described Cassie Barrett. He stated they require continuous training of their employees. Ms. Barrett has been with B.J. Management, Inc., for 6 years. Mr. Carr stated any patron that appears to be 40 years of age or younger, is carded when they order alcohol. He stated this location is primarily family restaurant and that they have a current copy of the liquor code on premise. Mr. Carr stated that her character and reputation is such that she will make a good manager. In response to a question from the Authority, Mr. Carr stated any employee found in violation of the liquor code could be terminated. Judge Lane approved the registration of Cassie Barrett as manager of Beau Jo's, 100 North College Avenue. Adjournment Municipal Judge
