A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held on August 5, 2013 in Municipal Court,
215 North Mason. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding.

Approval of Minutes
Judge Lane approved the minutes from July 15, 2013.
Consent Agenda
A. Request from Dimension Development Two, LLC, dba Courtyard by Marriott - Fort Collins
to change the class of license from a tavern liquor license to a hotel -restaurant liquor license at
1200 Oakridge Drive.
Judge Lane approved the request from Dimension Development Two, LLC, dba Courtyard by Marriott

Approval of Minutes
Judge Lane approved the minutes from July 15, 2013.
Registration of Kristi Quick as
Manager of lax Fish House, 123 North College Avenue, Approved
Krisd Quick, manager applicant, briefly described her background. She stated she has been with Jax's
Fish House for 2 years. Ms. Quick stated she supervises approximately 40 employees. She stated any
patrons ordering an alcoholic beverage that appears to be under the age of 40 is carded. Ms. Quick
stated patrons must present a valid id to order alcohol. She stated any employee found in violation of
the liquor code is immediately terminated.
judge Lane approved the registration of Kristi Quick as manager ofJax Fish House, 123 North College
Avenue.

Request from Nyala Ethiopian Cuisine, LLC, dba
Nyala Ethiopian Cuisine to Change, Alter, or Modify the
Licensed Premises at 2900 Harvard Street, Suite A, Approved
Ms. Asrat, representative for Nyala Ethiopian Cuisine, LLC, stated she is requesting to add a patio to
the front of the restaurant. She stated she will have staff monitor the patio. Ms. Asrat stated the patio
will be functional by the end of the month and that her customers are in support of this application.
Judge Lane approved the request from Nyala Ethiopian Cuisine, LLC, dba Nyala Ethiopian Cuisine to
change, alter, or modify the licensed premises at 2900 Harvard Street, Suite A.
