Staff Liaison: Aimee Jensen A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held on September 16, 2013 in Municipal Court, 215 North Mason. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding. Staff in attendance: Bromvy n Scurlock, Assistant City Attorney Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk Daniel Callahan, Liquor Enforcement Officer Mark Clitnovici, Liquor Enforcement Officer Approval of Minutes Judge Lane approved the minutes from September 9, 2013. Registration of Nate Barnhart as Manager of Old Chicago, 4709 South College Avenue, Approved Nate Barnhart, manager applicant, stated he supervises approximately 45-60 employees. He stated he has 3 assistant managers. Mr. Barnhart stated they have daily meetings with the servers to emphasize the importance of carding patrons. He stated their carding policy is to card any patron ordering an alcoholic beverage that appears to be under the age of 35. Mr. Barnhart stated if an employee serves an underage patron they are immediately terminated. He stated they have a recent copy of the liquor code on premise. Judge Lane approved the registration of Nate Barnhart as Manager of Old Chicago, 147 South College Avenue. Transfer of Ownership of Mulligan's Pub, 2439 South College Avenue from Area 23, LLC to Tom and Mike's Pub, LLC, Approved Wendy Clark, representative for Tom and ]\like's Pub, LLC, stated she was the manager for Tom and Mike's, LLC prior to transferring the license to Area 23, LLC. She stated they will return operation of the business to what it was prior to Area 23, LLC took over. Ms. Clark stated they have a current copy of the liquor code on premise. She stated if an employee serves an underage patron they are immediately terminated. Judge Lane approved the transfer of ownership of Dlulligan's Pub, 2439 South College Avenue from Area 23, LLC to Tom and Mike's Pub, LLC. September 16, 2013 Transfer of Ownership of Yum Yum Restaurant, 1300 West Elizabeth Street from Yum Yum, Inc., to Made With Love Foods, LLC, Approved Cindy Stutzman, representative for Made With Love Foods, LLC, stated she has moved here with her family to take over this business. She stated she is familiar with the liquor code and that she has a current copy of the liquor code on premise. Ms. Stutzman stated employees involved with the sale and service of alcohol will be required to complete TIP's training. She stated she is aware of their proximity to Colorado State University. Ms. Stutzman stated she or either one of her assistant managers will be on premise at all times. Adjournment Municipal Judge 2
