A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held on May 20, 2013 in Municipal Court, 215
North Mason. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding.
Staff in attendance: Bronwyn Scurlock, Assistant City Attorney
Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk
Mark Clitnovici, Liquor Enforcement Officer
Daniel Callahan, Liquor Enforcement Officer
Approval of Minutes
Judge Lane approved the minutes from May 6, 2013.
Registration of Erin Marandola as Manager of Tokyo Joe's,
2519 South Shields Street, Suite C, Approved
Erin Marandola, manager applicant, briefly described his background. She stated she has been with
Tokyo Joe's for several years and that she has received training within the last year. Ms. Marandola
stated she is responsible for training all her employees. She stated the cashier at the register is
responsible for carding and serving patrons alcohol. Ms. Darandola stated she has experience dealing
with visibly intoxicated patrons. She stated if an employee is found in violation of the liquor code could
be terminated.
Judge Lane approved the registration of Erin Marandola as manager ofTokyo Joe's, 2519 South Shields
Street, Suite C.
Request from The Criterion Group, LLC, dba
The Melting Pot to Change, Alter, or Modify the
Licensed Premises temporarily at 334 East Mountain Avenue, Approved
Ryan Houdek, representative for The Criterion Group, LLC, stated that there are no changes from last
year. He stated they will be offering more food from within the restaurant. Mr. Houdek stated Poudre
Fire Authority will inspect the premises prior to the vent.
Judge Lane approved the request from The Criterion Group, LLC, dba The Melting Pot to temporarily
change, alter, or modify the licensed premises at 334 East Mountain Avenue.
