Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding. Staff in attendance: Bronwyn Scurlock, Assistant CityAttorney Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk Agenda Review Deputy City Clerk Jensen stated there were no changes to the agenda. Approval of Minutes Judge Lane approved the minutes from August 23, 2010. Registration of Edwin Tucker as Manager of Woody's Wood -Fired Pizza, 548 West Laurel, Approved Edwin Tucker, manager applicant, briefly described his background. He stated he intends to train every employee involved in the sale and service of alcohol. Mr. Tucker stated he approximately40 employees that he supervises. He stated he will meet once a month with all the employees serving alcohol for continuing education. Mr. Tucker stated all patrons are carded. He stated any employee found in violation of the liquor code will be immediately terminated. Judge Lane approved the registration of Edwin Tucker as manager of Woody's Wood -Fired Pizza, 518 West Laurel Street. Transfer of Ownership of Ram Liquor, 1119 West Drake Road, Suite C34 from Luster Enterprises, to McCumin FamilyEEnteTrises, LLC, Approved Mike McCumin, representative for McCumin FamilyEnterprises, LLC, stated he will be involved with the dayto day operations. He stated the previous owner, Ms. Luster is still very involved with the store, providing training and that he has retained their employee. Mr. McCumin stated he intends to become TIP's trained. He stated anyone that appears to 35 years of age or younger will be carded. Mr. McCumin stated any employee found in violation of the liquor code is immediately terminated. He stated he does not have a current copy of the liquor code on premise. September 20, 2010 Judge Lane approved the transfer of ownership of Ram Liquor,1119 West Drake Road, Suite C34 from Luster Enterprises, LLC to McCunun Family Enterprises, LLC. Transfer of Ownership of Two Pairs Party Spa, 115 East Mountain Avenue from Blue Dot Design, LLC to Serenity Waters, Inc., Approved Gayla Burden, representative for Serenity Waters, Inc, stated very little alcohol is served. She stated she has not received any current training. Ms. Burden stated that she is comfortable with assessing patrons, whether or not to serve a customer. She stated she will be primarily responsible for serving customers that order alcohol. Ms. Burden stated she is not making any physical changes to the premises. She stated she cards every patron that orders alcohol and that she is comfortable dealing with visibly intoxicated individuals. Ms. Burden stated any employee found in violation of the liquor code is immediately terminated and that she has a current copy of the liquor code on premise. judge Lane approved the transfer of ownership of Two Pairs Party Spa, 115 East Mountain Avenue from Blue Dot Design, LLC to Serenity Waters, Inc.
