The meeting was called to order by Chairperson, Siyu Wu, at 6:38 p.m.

Matt Day and Craig Foreman-Downtown Project Master Plan
Long term improvements for Poudre River (Flood Mitigation, Habitat,
Recreation)
Downtown- no relations to the river, along College- Pinch river for flooding
prevention, create park, expand opportunities for rafting, tubing

Boards and Commissions Meeting Feb 24
Boards and Commissions system- What works and what doesn’t? Lack of
communication was clear between Boards and City Council.
Hip-Hop Expo
Poster was made for the booth
Candy and permanent markers needed on day of event
