GOLF BOARD
2012 WORK PLAN and MEETING SCHEDULE
All Regular Golf Advisory Board Meetings are scheduled for the third Wednesday of each
month at 6:00 p.m. October-March and at 7:00 p.m. April-September, and are typically held at
the City Park Nine Golf Course Clubhouse, 411 South Bryan Avenue. The Board may also
choose to meet on other dates and at other locations that will be publicly announced. The Golf
Board 2012 Meeting Schedule is as follows:
January 18th April 18th July 18th October 17th
February 15th May 16th August 15th November 21st
March 21st June 20th September 19th December 19th

♦ Round Table Discussion with the Superintendents (February),Golf Professionals &
Concessionaires (April)
♦ Election of Golf Board Officers (February)
♦ 2012 "Fort Collins Fore Kids" Golf Clinic Planning (April); The Event (June)
♦ Determine the Board Proposed Golf Fees and Charges for 2013 (August); Public Meeting
(Oct); Final Recommendation to the City Manager (Nov)
♦ Review the Proposed 2012/2013 Golf Fund Recommended Budget (August)
♦ Review the Financial Status of the Golf Fund (Quarterly)
♦ Approval of the 2013 Golf Board Work Plan and Meeting Schedule (September)
