GOLF BOARD
2010 WORK PLAN and MEETING SCHEDULE
All Regular Golf Advisory Board Meetings are scheduled for the third Wednesday of each
month at 7:00 p.m. April through September; and at 6:00 p.m. October through March, and are
typically held at the City Park Nine Golf Course Clubhouse, 411 South Bryan Avenue. The
Board may also choose to meet on other dates and at other locations that will be publicly
announced. The Golf Board 2010 Meeting Schedule is as follows:
January 20 @ 6:00 p.m. July 21 @ 7:00 p.m.
February 17 @ 6:00 p.m. August 18 @ 7:00 p.m.
March 17 @ 6:00 p.m. September 15 @ 7:00 p.m.
April 21 @ 7:00 p.m. October 20 @ 6:00 p.m.
May 19 @ 7:00 p.m. November 17 @ 6:00 p.m.
June 16 @ 7:00 p.m. December 15 @ 6:00 p.m.

♦ Annual Round Table Discussion with the Golf Professionals (February)
♦ Election of Golf Board Officers for 2010 (February)
♦ 2010 "Fort Collins Fore Kids" Golf Clinic Planning (April); The Event (June)
♦ Determine the Board Proposed Golf Fees and Charges for 2011/2012 (March); Public
Meeting (May); Final Recommendation to the City Manager (June)
♦ Review the Proposed Annual Golf Fund Budget (August)
♦ Review the Financial Status of the Golf Fund (Quarterly)
♦ Approval of the 2011 Golf Board Work Plan and Meeting Schedule (September)
