Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding. Staff in attendance: Teresa Ablao, Senior Assistant City Attorney Richard Johnson, Liquor Enforcement Officer Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk Agenda Review Deputy City Clerk Jensen stated there are no changes to the agenda. Consent Agenda The Consent Agenda is intended to expedite the meeting and allow the Authority to spend its time on important items on an agenda. Items on the Consent Agenda are (1) routine items; and (2) those of no perceived controversy. Anyone may request that an item be "pulled" off the Consent Agenda and considered separately. Items pulled from the Consent Agenda will be considered under "Other Business" at the end of the meeting. a. Consideration of an Application from the City of Fort Collins, for a Special Events Permit in Old Town Square. Judge Lane adopted the Consent Agenda. Request from Samuel Glen, Inc., to Change, Alter, or Modify the Licensed Premises at Steak -Out Saloon, 152 West Mountain Avenue., Approved Chris Penner, representative for Samuel Glen, Inc., stated that the City's represented Steak Out Saloon and Trail Head Tavern. He stated that the City allowed them to move out 2 feet 9 inches and that the height and type of fence were to remain the same. He stated they only used fence companies that are familiar with the requirements of downtown fences. Mr. Penner stated Steak -Out uses their area for people waiting to get in and that consumption occurs more on the Trail Head patio. There is a bouncer at both locations to assure adherence to laws. Judge Lane approved the request from Samuel Glen, Inc. and Ratso Rizzo, Inc., to change, alter, or modify the licensed premises at Steak Out Saloon, 152 West Mountain Avenue, September 9, 2002 Request from Ratso Rizzo, Inc., to Change, Alter, or Modify the Licensed Premises at Trail Head Tavern, 148 West Mountain Avenue, Approved Claris Penner, representative for Ratso Rizzo, Inc., briefly described the proposed modifications for the Trail Head Tavern. He stated he has made staff aware monitoring the patio and added they will have more bouncers at the Trail Head than the Steak -Out Saloon. Mr. Penner stated that this increases the size of the patio by 20-25%. Judge Lane approved the request from Ratso Rizzo, Inc., to change, alter, or modify the licensed Premises at Trail Head Tavem, 148 West Mountain Avenue.
