A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held on May 18, 2009 in Municipal Court,
215 North Mason. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding.

AEenda Review
Deputy City Clerk Jensen stated that there were no changes to the agenda.
Approval of Minutes
Judge Lane approved the minutes from May 4, 2009.
Show Cause Hearing for Do It, LLC,
dba Chug's Pub,1609 South College Avenue, Stipulation Agreement Accepted
Assistant City Attorney LopezFilkins stated she has reached a stipulation agreement with Do It, LLC.
Eddie Gavaldon, attorney representing Do It, LLC, stated Mr. Wentz has been well advised as to the
salient points of this stipulation agreement.
Assistant City Attorney LopezFilkins summarized the stipulation agreement. She stated that the
Licensee has agreed to a 25 day suspension, 7 days served ($634.95 paid in lieu of suspension), with
18 days held in abeyance for 1 year for violating Colorado Regulation Section 47-900, conduct of
establishment, on or about January 13, 2009, by permitting activities to occur on the premises that
are offensive to the senses of the average citizen.
Judge Lane approved the findings, conclusion and order accepting the stipulation agreement as
presented for Do It, LLC, dba Chug's Pub, 1609 South College Avenue.
