I. CALL TO ORDER
Chairperson Stoner called the meeting to order via conference call at 10:04 a.m.
II. CITIZEN INPUT
There were no citizens present.
III. NEW BUSINESS
VIs. Brewen presented Resolution 09-02 approving actions of the board in relation to the Village on
Stanford low income housing tax credit acquisition and rehabilitation project, including approving passing
funding received by the housing authority for this purpose on to the Village on Stanford LLLP,
guaranteeing a bridge loan from Funding Partners for the project until which time the Fort Collins
Housing Corporation can generate a cash contribution from the sale of properties identified in its portfolio
and guaranteeing a construction loan from FirstBank of Northern Colorado for the project.
Commissioner Brady stated a conflict of interest due to his relationship to FirstBarik.
A motion was made by Commissioner Sollenberger, seconded by Commissioner Snelling to approve
Resolution 09-02.

The motion passed.
