Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding. Staff in attendance: Bronwyn Scurlock, Assistant CityAttorney Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk Agenda Review Deputy City Clerk Jensen stated that there are no changes to the agenda as presented. Registration of Scott Vance Manning as Manager of Beach House Grill, 125 South College Avenue, Approved Scott Vance Manning, manager applicant, stated that he is in the process of setting up TIP's training for all the employees. He stated he is on -premise during the busies part of the dayand that theycard every patron that orders an alcoholic beverage. Mr. Manning stated he has managed restaurants for 25 + years. Judge Lane approved the registration of Scott Vance Manning as manager of Beach House Grill, 125 South College Avenue. Registration of Kevin Hutchinson as Manager of Ruby Tuesday, 110 East Boardwalk Drive, Approved Kevin Hutchinson, manager applicant, stated he has been in the restaurant business for many years. He stated all employees are required to complete training annually. Mr. Hutchinson stated that approximately 26 employees are involved in the sale and service of alcohol. He stated any patron ordering an alcoholic beverage, that appears to be 35 years of age or younger is carded. Mr. Hutchinson stated any employee found in violation of the liquor code is immediately terminated. Judge Lane approved the registration of Kevin Hutchinson as manager of Ruby Tuesday, 110 East Boardwalk Drive. June 20, 2011 Registration of Megan Skeehan as Manager of Noodles & Company, 4733 South Timberline Road, Approved Megan Skeehan, manager applicant, stated she has been working for Noodles & Company for 2 years and has recently renewed her SafeServe certification. She stated only managers are allowed to handle alcohol sales. Ms. Skeehan stated there is always a manager or assistant manager on premise. She stated any employee found in violation of the liquor code is immediately terminated. Judge Lane approved the registration of Megan Skeehan as manager of Noodles & Company, 4733 South Timberline Road. Registration of Brian Spencer as Manager of Cutback Steakhouse, 807 East Harmony Road, Approved Brian Spencer, manager applicant, stated he has been with Cutback Steakhouse for 10 years. He stated patrons that order an alcoholic beverage and appear to be 35 years of age or older are carded. Mr. Spencer stated any employee found in violation of the liquor code is automatically terminated. He stated he has a current copy of the liquor code on premise. Judge Lane approved the registration of Brian Spencer as manager of Cutback Steakhouse, 807 East Harmony Road. Registration of Taylor Scheer as Manager of CB & Potts at Collindale Golf Course, 1441 East Horsetooth Road, Approved Taylor Scheer, manager applicant, stated she has been a manager at this C.B. Potts for a year and just recently was promoted to general manager. She stated she has received extensive training with regard to the sale and service of alcohol. Mr. Scheer stated all employees are required to maintain their TIP's certification. She stated there is a manager on premise at all times. Ms. Scheer stated a patron ordering an alcoholic beverage that appears to be 40 years of age or younger is carded. She stated any employee found in violation of the liquor code is immediately terminated. Ms. Scheer stated she has a current copy of the liquor code on premise. Judge Lane approved the registration of Taylor Scheer as manager of C.B. Potts,1441 East Horsetooth Road. June 20, 2011 Transfer of Owership of The Rustic Oven, 123 North College Avenue, # 104 from The Rustic Oven, Inc., to Jax Fish House Fort Collins, LLC, and Trade Name Change to lax Fish House, Approved Dave Queery, representative for Jax Fish House Fort Collins, LLC, stated this will be their eighth restaurant. He stated the restaurant will be smaller then the Rustic Oven. Mr. Queerystated that they will not be open past 11:00 p.m on Friday and Saturday evening. He stated they will primarily be a. restaurant. He stated that all employees are required to complete TIP's training prior to starting employment. Mr. Queery stated any employee found in violation of the liquor code is immediately terminated. He stated they will have a current copy of the liquor code on premise. Judge Lane approved the transfer of ownership of The Rustic Oven, 123 North College Avenue, # 104 from The Rustic Oven, Inc., to Jax Fish House Fort Collins, LLC and Trade Name Change to Jax Fish House. Registration of Adam Reed as Manager of Jax Fish House, 123 North College Avenue, # 104, Approved Adam Reed, manager applicant, stated he has been in the restaurant business for 8 years. He stated there is at least one manager on premise at all times. Mr. Reed stated he has a current copy of the liquor code on file. He stated all employees will be required to complete training prior to being allowed to serve alcohol. In response to a question from the Authority, Mr. Reed apologized for not providing all the required information. Judge Lane approved the registration of Adam Reed as manager of Jax Fish House, 123 North College Avenue. Adjournment ting'a �, at 2:05 p.m. n Municipal Judge 3
