4. New Business (90 minutes)
a. Attendance of current COD Members
Gwendolyn Dillman and James Dunlap have not attended a COD meeting since
April 2012. There has been no contact since July or August. Coon has attempted
contact by e-mail. No response. COD members are relieving these missing
members of all duties and responsibilities of the Commission as of October 2012.
b. Work Plans and Annual Reports
Work Plan approved as is. Will reassign responsibilities and possibly amend plan
with newly appointed members in January 2013.
c. Follow-Up on Mayor’s Awards
Great job, once again, Hettie! Hueber pointed out that the event program had a
call for nominations for 2013 on the back. It has the contact information and
states that nominations will be accepted year-round. Great advertising for next
years’ event and to generate interest for new members.
