Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding. Staff in attendance: Bronwyn Scurlock, Assistant CityAnomey Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk Approval of Minutes Judge Lane approved the minutes from October 15, 2012. Transfer of Ownership of Drake Park Restaurant and Lounge, 802 West Drake from AOC, Inc., to the Board of Governors/Colorado State University and Trade Name Change to LSC Catering at the Drake Center, Approved Robert Peters, Director of Lory Student Center Dining Services, stated he has been at Colorado State University, overseeing the Lory Student Center. In response to a question from the Authority, Mr. Peters stated the premises will not change from the previous ownership. He stated the Drake Center will be the venue for University functions while the LoryStudent Center is being renovated. Mr. Peter; stated that after the renovation is completed, they will vacate the Drake Center and return to the Lory Student Center. Judge Lane approved the transfer of ownership of Drake Park Restaurant and Lounge, 802 West Drake from AOC Inc., to the Board of Govemors/Colorado State University and Trade Name Change to LSC Catering at the Drake Center. Hearing on a New Application from Jack the Dog, LLC for a beer and wine license at J Gumbos, 2842 Council Tree Avenue, Suite 131, Approved Dave Slocum, representative for Jack the Dog, LLC, was sworn. He stated anypatron ordering alcohol will be carded regardless of age appearance. Mr. Slocum stated he will have a manager on duty at all times. He stated he will attend TIP's training with his employees prior to opening. Mr. Slocum stated he is planning on opening November 15, 2012. He emphasized that this premise will primarily be a restaurant. In response to a question from the Authority, Mr. Slocum stated the alcohol will be stored and served where the food service is. He stated he will have a total of 10 employees, including himself. Mr. Slocum stated any employee found in violation of the liquor code will be immediatelyterminated. October 15, 2012 He stated he does not have a current copyof the liquor code, however he will make sure he has one on premise when he opens. David Wyatt, representative for the Aggie Agency, was swom. In response to questions from the Authority, Mr. Wyatt stated this petition was well received. Judge Lane adopted Resolution 2012-16 approving an application from Jack the Dog, LLC, for a beer and wine license at J Gumbos, 2842 Council Tree Avenue, Suite 131. Adioumment Municipal Judge
