A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held on May7, 2012 in Municipal Court, 215
North Mason. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding.
Staff in attendance: Bronwyn Scurlock, Assistant City Attorney
Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk
Kyle Bendzsa, Liquor Enforcement Officer
Request from Road 34 Deli & Tavern, LLC
dba Road 34 Bike Bar to Temporarily Change, Alter, or
Will Overbagh, representative for Road 34 Deli &Tavem, LLC, stated this is the 5"' yeartheyhave been
hosting this event. He detailed the improvements they have made each year to insure public safety. In
response to a question from the Authority, Mr. Overbagh stated he personally petitioned the
neighborhood and received positive comments in support of this application.
Judge Lane approved the request from Road 34 Deli & Tavern, LLC, dba Road 34 Bike Bar to
temporarily change, alter, or modify the licensed premises at 1213 West Elizabeth Street on June 2,
2012.
