Council Liaison: Ray Martinez Staff Liaison: Aimee Jensen A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held on November 1, 2004 in Municipal Court, Justice Center, 201 LaPorte. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding. Staff in attendance: Teresa Ablao, Assistant City Attorney Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk Robert Younger, Liquor Enforcement Officer Aaenda Review Deputy City Clerk Jensen stated there are no changes to the agenda. Hearing on a New Application from Summit Hotel Properties, LLC, for a Tavern Liquor License at Hampton Inn - Ft. Collins, 1620 Oakridge Drive, Approved AND Registration of Kelly Anne Kelly as Manager of Hampton Inn - Ft. Collins, 1620 Oakridge Drive, Aauroved Kelly Kelly, representative for Summit Hotel Properties, LLC, and manager applicant, was sworn. She briefly described her background and commented on the extensive training she has had through previous employers. Ms. Kelly stated she will be responsible for training all employees and will require that they complete their training prior to the hotel opening. She stated alcohol service will only from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Max Scott, representative for Oedipus, Inc., was sworn. He stated he received many positive comments in support of this application. Judge Lane adopted Resolution 2004-15 approving the tavern liquor license from Summit Hotel Properties, LLC, at Hampton Inn - Ft. Collins, 1620 Oakridge, contingent upon proof of training is submitted within 60 days to Deputy City Clerk Jensen and approved the registration of Kelly Anne Kelly as manager. November 1, 2004 Other Business Judge Lane adopted petition forms for use for liquor licensee applicants that do not hire professional petitioners.
