Regular Meeting - November 15, 2004

A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held on November 15, 2004 in Municipal
Court, Justice Center, 201 LaPorte. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding.
Staff in attendance: Teresa Ablao, Assistant City Attorney
Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk
Robert Younger, Liquor Enforcement Officer
Auenda Review
Deputy City Clerk Jensen stated there are no changes to the agenda.
Transfer of Ownership of Saigon Grill,
755 South Lemay, Unit 3 from Saigon Grill, Inc.,
to Saigon Grill III, Inc.. Approved
Jeff Hsia, representative for Saigon Grill III, Inc., briefly described his background. He stated he has
been in the restaurant business for several years. Mr. Hsia stated he will attend Liquor Enforcement
Officer Younger's next class. He stated he has a current copy of the liquor code on premise. Mr.
Hsia stated he has instructed his employees to card any patron that is ordering alcohol to be carded
if they appear to be 30 years of age or younger. He stated an employee may be terminated for
violating the liquor code.
Judge Lane approved the transfer of ownership of Saigon Grill, 755 South Lemay Avenue, Unit 3,
from Saigon Grill, Inc., to Saigon Grill III, Inc.
Other Business
Judge Lane adopted the 2005 meeting schedule as presented.

The meeting adjourned at 1:15 p.m.
