Council Liaison: Ray Martinez Staff Liaison: Aimee Jensen A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held on December 6, 2004 in Municipal Court, Justice Center, 201 LaPorte. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding. Staff in attendance: Teresa Ablao, Assistant City Attorney Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk Robert Younger, Liquor Enforcement Officer Agenda Review Deputy City Clerk Jensen stated there are no changes to the agenda. Transfer of Ownership of Tailgate Tommy's, 145 East Mountain Avenue from SGC&C, Inc., to High Plains Management. Continued to December 20, 2004 Keith Atkins and Robert Kumpfer, representatives for High Plains Management, briefly described their background. Mr. Atkins stated one of the owners will be on premise at all times. He stated they have attended Liquor Enforcement Officer Younger's training class. Mr. Atkins stated they have a policy of zero tolerance for violating the liquor code. He stated any employee found in violation of the liquor code will be immediately terminated. hi response to questions from the Authority, Mr. Atkins stated he will provide Deputy City Clerk Jensen with an updated diagram and operating agreement as well as for the Authority's consideration at the December 20, 2004 meeting. Judge Lane continued consideration of this application for transfer of ownership of Tailgate Tommy's,145 East Mountain Avenue, from SGC&C, Inc., to High Plains Management to December 20, 2004. December 6, 2004 Hearing on a New application from 3 Dagos, Inc., for a Hotel -Restaurant Liquor License at Buca, 130 South Mason, Approved Brian Tessari, representative for 3 Dagos, Inc., was sworn. He stated this is his second restaurant in the City. Mr. Tessari stated Domenic's has been open for over a year and has had no violations. He stated any employee found in violation of the liquor code will be disciplined and possibly terminated. Mr. Tessari stated he will register a manager for Domenic's so that he can concentrate on this location. He stated he has a current copy of the liquor code on premise. Mr. Tessari stated he has attended Liquor Enforcement Officer Younger's training. Judge Lane adopted Resolution 2004-16 approving an application from 3 Dagos, Inc., for a hotel - restaurant liquor license at Buca, 130 South Mason. Registration of Tyler Seever as Manager of Domenic's, 931 East Harmony Road, #3, Continued to December 20, 2004 Judge Lane continued consideration of this application to December 20, 2004. Adjournment The meeting adjourned at 1:45 p.m. Municipal Judge
