Staff Liaison: Aimee Jensen A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held on December 17, 2007 in Municipal Court, Justice Center, 215 North Mason. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding. Staff in attendance: Teresa Ablao, Assistant City Attorney Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk Agenda Review Deputy City Clerk Jensen stated that there were no changes to the agenda. Request from The Armstrong Hotel, Inc., dba The Armstrong Hotel, to Change, Alter, or Modify the Licensed Premises at 259 South College Avenue, Approved Steve Levinger, representative for The Armstrong Hotel, Inc., briefly described the proposed changes. He stated the banquet facilities on the third floor is being re -located to the basement. In response to a question from the Authority, Mr. Levinger stated they are in the process of getting final approval from Poudre Fire Authority and Building Inspection. He stated having the banquet facilities in the basement will allow them to have greater flexibility with scheduling events. Mr. Levinger stated that he received many positive comments on this application. Judge Lane approved the application from The Armstrong Hotel, Inc., dba, The Armstrong Hotel, to change, alter, or modify the licensed premises at 259 South College Avenue, contingent upon Poudre Fire Authority and Building Inspection approval as well as Mr. Levinger submitting revised diagrams to Deputy City Clerk Jensen. Registration of Ryan Barrios as Manager of Beau Jo's Pizza, 100 North College Avenue, Approved Dan Carr, attorney representing B.J. Management, Inc., stated they are ready to proceed. Mr. Carr described how the information for Mr. Barrios' individual history record is gathered and reported by his office. He stated that Mr. Barrios has worked for B.J. Management, Inc., for several years. December 17, 2007 In response to questions from the Authority, Mr. Barrios stated he is TIP's certified. He stated any employee found in violation of the liquor code is immediately terminated. Judge Lane approved the registration of Ryan Barrios as manager of Beau Jo's Pizza, 100 North College Avenue. Registration of Israel Campbell as Manager of Cafb Vino,1200 South College Avenue, Approved Israel Campbell, manager applicant, briefly described his background. He stated that all his employees have been TIP's trained. Mr. Campbell stated either he or the assistant manager is always on premise. He stated every patron that orders alcohol is carded. Mr. Campbell stated any employee found in violation of the liquor code is immediately terminated. He stated he has a current copy of the liquor code on premise. Judge Lane approved the registration of Israel Campbell as manager of Cafe Vino, 1200 South College Avenue. The meeting adjourned at 1:39 p.m. za�5- SedretaryLj Adjournment 2 Municipal Judge-
