Agenda Item 1 — Meeting Call to Order
Meeting called to order 1 1:05 a.m.
Agenda Item 2 — Approval of Minutes
Approval of minutes dated December 3, 2008 postponed until the Feb 4"' meeting
Agenda Item 3 - Public Comment
The Economic Advisory Commission is exploring the possibilities of holding evening
meetings regularly or periodically throughout 2009 to facilitate public attendance.
Agenda Item 4 — Member updates and 6 mo calendar discussion
Tom Clevenger was welcomed and congratulated on becoming the newest EAC member
of the nine member commission. The EAC was pleased to have Tom chosen to help
promote the Fort Collins economy.
Agenda Item 5 — Transit Strategic Plan presentation
Kurt Ravenschlag introducted the Transit Strategic Plan highlighting the Economic,
Energy, Environmental, Social and Transportation network impacts on Fort Collins.
The upcoming Feb. 10 work session is intended to provide Council with an update on the
ongoing efforts of Transfort, COLT and PSD to develop a regional Transit Strategic Plan.
The TSP Financial Advisory Committee group will complete their recommendation at the
end of March, and will present the final draft of the TSP to Council at the April work
session, which will include the FAC funding recommendation.

This introduction to the Transit Strategic Plan was informational only and no action was
taken by the Economic Advisory Commission.

Next meeting is scheduled for February 4, 2009 posted on the
