CALL TO ORDER
Vice Chairperson Stoner called the regular meeting of the Fort Collins Housing Authority to order at 7:33
a.m.

Dan Hunter attended the meeting as an interested citizen. Mary Stoles and Jenne Snelling attended due to
their interest in the Resident Commissioner seat opening.
Ill APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The board reviewed the minutes of the September 25, 2008 regular meeting. Conuuissioner Brady made a
motion, seconded by Commissioner Sollenberger to approve these minutes as presented. This motion was
passed unanimously.
IV. OLD BUSINESS
None.
V. NEW BL'SINFiSS
2009 Fiscal Year Budget:
Ms. Brewen presented the Fiscal Year 2009 Budget to the board members. Ms. Brcwcn stated the Budget
Corrunittee reviewed the draft and is in support of the 2009 budget and pay plan. Conuuissioner
Sollenberger and Commissioner Robenalt commented on highlights and stated they believe the budget
draft to be fiscally responsible and supportable with current assumptions. Commissioner Sollenberger
made a motion, seconded my Commissioner Robenalt to approve the 2009 Fiscal Year Budget. This
motion was passed unanimously.
Guaranteeing FCHC; Line of Credit:
Ms. Brewen presented a request for the Fort Collins Housing Authority hoard to approve updating the Fort
Collins Housing Corporation's line of credit guarantee. Commissioner Sollenberger made mnotion,
seconded by Commissioner Robenatt to approve Resolution No. 08-10, Approving Guarantee of Linc-ol-
Credit for the Fort Collins I-Fousing Corporation.

Commissioner Brady abstained from this motion.
This motion was passed.
Vacant Commissioner Seats Candidates:
Commissioner Brady made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Sollenberger to recommend to City
Council that they consider appointing either Mary Stokes and Jenne Snelling to the FCHA Board of
Commissioners as both have been attending the meetings and show great interest in being on this Board.
In addition, that the FCHA Board believes there is a greater need for someone with development and
affordable housing management background rather than just general residential real estate experience.
This motion was passed unanimously.
VI. LEGISLATIVE ISSUES
John Tuchscherer gave a brief legislative update.

The Board reviewed the monthly activity report and staff answered all questions

Chairperson Davis adjourned the regular meeting of the Fort Collins Housing Authority Board of
Commissioners. Approved this 4th day of December 2008.
