Consider Approval of the December 18, 2008 Minutes
Angelina Sanchez -Sprague moved to accept the minutes and Jim Lathrop seconded the
motion. The motion passed unanimously.
Approval of the Annual Report for 2008
Jim O'Neill distributed a revised version of the annual report showing some recent
changes. Jim stated that this report has to be filed with the City Clerk by the end of
January. There are some investment dollar amounts that will need to be finalized
of
City Collins
once they are available (before the end of January) and added to the report. Dennis
Freeburg moved to allow Jim O'Neill to update the report with those numbers when
they are available, and then send it to the City Clerk. Angelina Sanchez -Sprague
seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously.
Monthly Investment Report
Harold Hall reported that the only change to the GERC portfolio is that there was a
call on a million dollar bond, so it's converted to cash for now until a decision is made
regarding the best area for reinvestment.
Other Business
Jim O'Neill reminded the group that the next meeting will be the election of officers. The
Chair and Vice -Chair positions are up for election.
At 1:40 pm, Angelina Sanchez -Sprague moved to adjourn the meeting and Dennis seconded the
motion. The motion passed unanimously.
