Regular Meeting - February 25, 2008

A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held on February 25, 2008 in Municipal
Court, Justice Center, 215 North Mason. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding.
Staff in attendance: Teresa Ablao, Assistant City Attorney
Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk
Robert Younger, Liquor Enforcement Officer
Agenda Review
Deputy City Clerk Jensen stated there are no changes to the agenda.
Approval of Minutes
Judge Lane approved the minutes from February 11, 2008.
Registration of Scott Morrill
as Manager of Hodi's Half Note,
167-169 North College Avenue, Approved
Matthew Stanley, manager applicant, briefly described his background. He stated he is on premise
approximately 50 hours a week. Mr. Stanley stated he has several assistant managers on premise
when he is not. He stated he and his staff have attended Liquor Enforcement Younger's training.
Mr. Morrill stated all patrons are carded at the door and at the bar on Friday and Saturday evenings.
He stated he does have a current copy of the liquor code on premise.
Judge Lane approved the registration of Matthew Stanley as manager of Old Chicago, 147 South
College Avenue.
