I. CALL TO ORDER
Vice Chairperson Stoner called the special meeting of the Fort Collins Housing Authority to order at
10:01 a.m. The Commissioners were present via conference call.
II. CITIZEN INPUT
None.
III. VILLAGE ON ELIZABETH
The board members had reviewed a memo from the tax credit attorney for the Village on Elizabeth LLLP
low income housing tax credit deal, two Written Action documents of the Village on Elizabeth LLC and
the Village on Elizabeth LLLP, and Resolution 07-16 which formalizes the grant and loan transactions
between the Fort Collins Housing Authority and the Village on Elizabeth LLLP. Ms. Brewen responded
to a board question that the attorney's for the investor have already reviewed these documents and are
satisfied with them. Ms. Brewen also suggested that the Resolution be amended to allow Vice
Chairperson Stoner to execute documents in addition to Chairperson Davis and Ms. Brewen. The board
agreed and Commissioner Brady made a motion to approve Resolution 07-16 as amended. This motion
was duly seconded by Commissioner Sollenberger. Vice Chairperson Stoner called for the question and
the motion was passed as follows:

There being no further business, Vice Chairperson Stoner adjourned the special meeting of the Board of
