CALL TO ORDER Vice Chairperson Stoner called the regular meeting of the Fort Collins Housing Authority to order at 8:00 a.m. II. CITIZEN INPUT There was no citizen input. III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES The board reviewed the minutes of the May 22, 2008 and June 26, 2008 regular meetings. Commissioner Robenalt made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Poppaw to approve these minutes as presented. This motion was passed unanimously. IV. OLD BUSINESS Village on Stanford: Mr. Tuchscherer updated the Board on the Village on Stanford, stating that staff has addressed all objections and concerns for CHFA. Staff also has a relocation plan for the rehab and will submit an application to the Federal Home Loan Bank. V. NEW BUSINESS 2"a Quarter Financial Statements: Mr. Fluharty presented the quarterly financial statements to the Board and answered all questions. CARE Housing Partnership for Provincetown Development: Commissioner Stoner informed the Board of a proposal received by CARE Housing Inc. requesting the Authority becoming a Special Limited Partner in the CARE Provincetown development. Commissioner Stoner stated the Development committee recommends this proposal as it is in line with the Fort Collins Housing Authority's mission to promote, acquire and preserve affordable housing. Commissioner Brady made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Sollenberger to approve Resolution No. 08-07 Approving Participation as a Special Limited Partner in the CARE Provincetown Low Income Housing Tax Credit Development. This motion was passed unanimously. VI. LEGISLATIVE ISSUES Mr. Tuchscherer informed the Board of National Housing Trust which would be funded by Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac. The fund, in the amount of $4,000,000,000, would be use to bye back foreclosed housing in order to keep it affordable. MONTHLY ACTIVITY REPORT The Board reviewed the monthly activity report.
