I. CALL TO ORDER

Vice Chairperson Stoner called the regular meeting of the Fort Collins Housing Authority to order at 8:00
a.m.
II. CITIZEN INPUT
Mr. Eric Sutherland appeared before the Board to request that they advocate to the City for a change in
policy on renewal energy offsets and to promote programs to increase energy efficiencies.
III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The board will review the minutes of the May and June 2008 at the July regular meeting.
OTHER BUSINESS
Resident Services staff gave a presentation about resident services self-sufficiency and social work
activities, including fundraising for client assistance and the new Community Dual Disorders Treatment
program.
IV. ADJOURNMENT
Chairperson Davis adjourned the regular meeting of the Fort Collins Housing Authority Board of
Commissioners. Ap oved this 24`h day of July 2008.
