MINUTES OF THE EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT COMMITTEE HELD ON JANUARY 19, 1972.
Present: Chairman Karl E. Carson, Alvin Kruchten, Warren Dalke and
Charlie D. Cain.
Absent: Philip A. Shade.
Visitors: Basil A. Sakas
The financial report presented and accepted. The working
arrangements of two (2) full time Library Employees was presented
and discussed. These two employees originally went to work at the
Library when it was a joint operation by the Larimer County and the
City of Fort Collins. After several years tenure they became employees
of the City of Fort Collins only. Motion by Mr. Kruchten, seconded by
Mr. Dalke during the period of time the Library was under the joint
operation of the City of Fort Collins and Larimer County these two
employees should be considered working SO% of their time for the
City and SO% of the time for the County. These employees shall be
allowed to use SO% of the time they worked for the two entities in
the determination of their credited services. Motion was carried by
five Aye votes.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
