MINUTES OF THE EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT COMMITTEE HELD ON JUNE 15, 1972.
Present: Chairman Karl E. Carson, Philip A. Shade, Warren Dalke and
Charlie D. Cain
Absent: Alvin Kruchten
The request for Lloyd G. Mickelson's retirement was presented and
approved. He chose the Normal Retirement Benefit which pays $81.48
per month with the first monthly payment due July 1, 1972.
The request for Tom Coffey's retirement was presented and approved.
is He chose the Full Joint and Survivor Benefit which pays $86.76 per
month with the first monthly payment due August 1, 1972.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
