CITY OF FORT COLLINS
EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT BOARD
MEETING HELD 5-12-76
Members Present: Warren Dalke, John Hartman, Jack Williams
Members Absent

The following retirement was submitted for approval:
GLADYS FOSTER - Normal Retirement Benefit. $68.86 for the
lifetime of Gladys. Retirement date of
May 1, 1976.
Warren Dalke moved to approve the retirement and Jack Williams seconded.
The motion passed unanimously.
The next item of business was the letter from Charlie D. Cain concerning
base salary used in calculating retirement benefits. Discussion of the
ICMA Plan followed. Jack Williams moved that the retirement benefits
be based on base salary according to the City's pay scale without regard
to any voluntary deductions by the employee. Seconded by Warren Dalke
and passed unanimously. The committee requested that Art March, Jr. be
notified of this action.
A letter of appreciation from Charlie D. Cain was submitted to all members
of the committee. A letter is to be prepared and sent to Charlie expressing
the appreciation of all committee members.
Jack Williams indicated to the committee he would be willing to serve as
a member of this committee again if reappointed.
