Wood Members Absent: Warren Dalke Others Attending: Mayor Earl Wilkinson The meeting was called to order by Ronald R. Wood. Phillip Shade moved to dispense with the reading of the minutes and the motion was seconded by Ronald R. Wood. Motion passed unanimously. The following retirements were submitted for approval: DAN STROH - Normal retirement benefit. $22.71 for the lifetime of Dan E. Stroh. Retirement date of June 1, 1976. MAX FILLOON Joint and 50% survivorship option. $21.34 during the lifetime of both Max Filloon and Ferol Filloon and $10.67 during the remaining lifetime of the survivor. Ronald Wood moved to approve the retirement of Dan Stroh. Seconded by Jack Williams. The motion passed unanimously. Jack Williams moved to approve the retirement of Max Filloon subject to Mr. Filloon's signature stating option desired. Motion seconded by John Hartman. Motion passed unanimously. It was decided that a better system of notifying prospective retirees should be considered. One possibility was a letter directly to the employee outlining his/her benefits and provide the department head with a copy. Ronald Wood advised he would discuss this at the staff meeting with department heads. 0341. Ronald R. Wood advised he would review the following: 1. Look at the investment committee. 2. Review the operation of the employees retirement funds and consult the State Statues. 3.
