MINUTES
CITY OF FORT COLLINS
EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT BOARD
MEETING HELD DECEMBER 17, 1976
Members Present: John Hartman, Ronald R. Wood, and Warren Dalke
Member Absent: Jack Williams, Phillip Shade
The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. on December 17, 1976.
The following application of retirement was submitted to the board for
approval.
John Stahl - Normal retirement benefit. $27.93 monthly for the lifetime
of John Stahl.. Retirement date of May 5, 1976.
Warren Dalke moved to approve the retirement of John Stahl selected by
Mr. Stahl with payments retroactive to June 1, 1976. Ronald Wood
seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
Ronald Wood reported that letters from Fred Gerlock's physician had been
received, disability approved by the City Manager and Director of Finance,
and payment made to Mr. Gerlock.
Meeting adjourned.
