CITY OF FORT COLLINS
EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT BOARD
Meeting Held June 15, 1979
Members Present: John Hartman, Warren Dalke & Ron Wood
Members Absent: Philip Shade & Jack Williams
The meeting was called to order June 15, 1979 at 10:30 AM.
The following retirement application was presented to the board and reviewed:
Marie Brubaker - Normal Retirement Benefit - $45.65 monthly
for the lifetime of Marie Brubaker.
Warren Dalke made the motion, seconded by John Hartman, to approve Ms. Brubaker's
request for the normal retirement option. Unanimous approval.
Meeting Adjourned.
