Staff Liaison: Aimee Jensen A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held on November 5, 2007 in Municipal Court, Justice Center, 215 North Mason. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding. Staff in attendance: Teresa Ablao, Assistant City Attorney Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk Robert Younger, Liquor Enforcement Officer Agenda Review Deputy City Clerk Jensen stated there are no changes to the agenda. Approval of Minutes Judge Lane approved the minutes from October 15, 2007. Registration of Bruno Krioussis as Mana¢er of Carrabba's Italian Grill 1212 Oakridge Drive Approved Bruno Krioussis, manager applicant, briefly described his background. He briefly described his background. Mr. Krioussis stated he has been a food and beverage manager for 26 years. He stated he has received training in the sale and service of alcohol covering Colorado laws. Mr. Krioussis stated he has an assistant manager on premise when he is not. He stated any patron that appears to be 30 years of age or younger is carded when ordering an alcoholic beverage. Mr. Krioussis stated that any employee found in violation of the liquor code is immediately terminated. Registration of Bruno Krioussis as manager of Carrabba's Italian Grill, 1212 Oakridge Drive. Transfer of Ownership of Mulligan's Pub, 2439 South College Avenue, from Mulligan's Pub, LLC, to Tom & Mike's Pub, LLC Approved Mike Poppenwimer, representative for Tom & Mike's Pub, LLC, stated he will be involved in the day to day operations. He stated he will not be making any physical changes to the premises. Mr. Poppenwimer stated there will be no changes to the days and time of operation. He stated all his November 5, 2007 employees will be TIP's trained. Mr. Poppenwimer stated that anyone who appears to be under 40 years of age will be carded. He stated any employee found in violation of the liquor code will be immediately terminated. Mr. Poppenwimer stated they have a current copy of the liquor code on premise. He stated he has never had a liquor code violation. Mr. Poppenwimer stated he has regular meetings with his employees regarding the sale and service of alcohol. Judge Lane approved the transfer of ownership ofMulligan's Pub, 2439 South College Avenue, from Mulligan's Pub, LLC, to Tom & Mike's Pub, LLC. Adjournment The meeting adjourned at 2:00 p.m. Municipal Judge
